We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.


Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time


Order Processing or Handling Time:

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.


Transit Time:

Transit Time is 3 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday)


Order CutOff Time:

Order Cut-Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT+09:30) Australian Central Standard Time (Broken Hill)


After your shipment has been sent, we will send you an email with the tracking code within 1 to 2 days. For any questions regarding your order, you can email us at Be sure you provide your name and order number for us to quickly assist you.


Shipping Destinations: 

We currently offer shipping within Australia. 


What if I live in a different country?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping on Standard Orders of $99 or over $99. If your order is under $99, you must pay a flat cost of $15.


Delivery or Shipping Method:

We use the Australia Post to deliver or ship products. 


Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.

Multiple Addresses:

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses.


What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at and we will work to resolve the issue.


Order Tracking:

We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website Order Tracking page and you also can track your order through our website Order Tracking page by use order number and email.
